About

The College of Engineering is eagerly seeking part-time engineering student mentors to help guide our K-12 programs to get local elementary, middle, and high school students excited about engineering through hands-on activities and projects. Becoming a student mentor is a great way to develop partnerships, skills, and work habits, while inspiring others to pursue an engineering (or other STEM) degree. The position is compensated at $11/hour or volunteer-based and requires a minimum of 2 hours/week. The application is here: https://nshe.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com/en-US/UNR-external/job/University-of-Nevada-Reno---Main-Campus/Student-Mentor--College-of-Engineering_R0128365
